Miles, Anja’s son, is my Momma’s boy.  He possesses the “carrying” gene, always greeting visitors with a toy in his mouth.  He is an avid retriever and is in training for hunt tests.  He reached #10 in Breed in 2004 with limited showing, and was the SMWC Show Dog of the Year 2003 & 2004.  His sire, “Slate”, can be seen on the WCWDCA brags page.  See below for his very promising puppies out of Sleepyhollo-Btnwood Dyzre ~~~~

Miles’ 1st place win in the 9-12 mo. class at the 2003 Weimaraner National Specialty in RI.  He was exceptionally handled by professional handler, Peggy Roush.

Miles loves the water and took to it very quickly, as he obtained his NRD title a month after being introduced to water at 5 yrs of age.  He’s now in training for his RD and RDX titles.

Miles finished his conformation championship at 16 mo. of age on Halloween! He garnered many Best of Breeds and 2 Puppy Sporting Group placements.  He placed 4th in his Futurity, was invited to and showed at the Eukanuba National Championship and the WCA Top 20 competition, and also showed at the Westminster Kennel Club show.
